This page relates to the current problem that both professional & amateur
photographers & videographers have with the British Police and the
interpretation many officers have with Section 44 of the Terrorism Act 2000.

As a UK company that is engaged in professional imaging, we wanted to
voice our concerns over the misuse of powers by the British Police, who
police the UK with the consent of the great British public. We respect the
need for proper security of our nation, but we do not condone the over
eager attitude of many officers in preventing legitimate use of cameras on the streets of the UK, by professionals & amateurs alike!

The Sky News video helps clarify our concerns and its use on our website endorses our support for the campaign for photographers rights in the UK accordingly. The demonstration took place in London on Saturday 23rd January 2010.
